007: Quantum of Solace

Genre: Shooter

Available On: Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, Wii, PC, DS,

Graphics:This game's graphics are good up-close. The environments look realistic up-close, however, the scenery in the background was done poorly and most of it is 2D. Overall, the graphics are good (Daniel Craig in-game looks like the actor), however, they are not amazing or anything and basically just get the job done.
Gameplay:
This game is really easy to pick up and play. The cover system, in which you go from 1st-person to 3rd-person, is really useful and works effectively. Without much conflict of accidentally taking cover on the item. The AI is good, however they are not very bright in some situations. Overall, they run, jump, and take cover in an attempt to survive and kill you. There is also noticable AI changes between the lower and higher class soldiers (higher class soldiers fight smarter) which adds to the realism of the game. The action sequences (like fighting a helicopter) are fun and intense. You really feel like you're in a 007 movie.

Audio:
The sound in 007 really fits the gameplay. When there are intense moments that only 007 would do/survive the theme music comes on along in tune with the gameplay. Also, other background music really fit the gameplay, the music changes intensity as the gameplay situation changes
Other:
Quantum of Solace is a great James Bond game, it combines both Quantum of Solace and Casino Royale which makes the game last longer, in a good way. The single player in this game is fun and has a very closed type of map which helps people like me out that get lost in games very easily. Overall the campaign is fun, but the online multiplayer is one of the reasons to buy this game, it basically is the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare of James Bond games, it has fun modes like Golden Gun, Conflict (deathmatch), Team Conflict, etc. The only downfall to online is sometimes people glitch the game and basically become godly, can't die and kill everyone in one shot.

Rating: 8.5/10
